Welcome to stxkbasictee.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website stxkbasictee.com and the purchase of clothing products from Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited. By using stxkbasictee.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use stxkbasictee.com.

Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at the sole discretion of Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited. Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited will send an email confirmation after receiving your order. That confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited ships the product. Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited may limit quantities or reject orders. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. You agree to pay all charges, including shipping and applicable taxes. Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited accepts payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited ships to addresses provided at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility. You must provide a correct shipping address. Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds: 14 Days No-Reason Policy
You have the right to return any clothing item within 14 days of receiving it for any reason or no reason. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. You must contact Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt to request a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited does not accept returns after 14 days. Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited will inspect the returned item. If it meets the conditions, Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited will process your refund. Refund processing begins after Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited receives and inspects the item. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days from the date Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited approves the refund. This means you will not receive the refund in your account before 14 days have passed. For PayPal refunds, the refund takes at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited will not issue refunds for items that do not meet the return conditions. Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited does not offer exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
You must inspect your order upon receipt. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographs. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt will be rejected. For approved claims, Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at the discretion of Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited. The 7-day claim period is separate from the 14 days no-reason return policy.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of stxkbasictee.com are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal action, you agree to contact Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies in Hong Kong courts.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The total liability of Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited for any claim arising from these Terms or your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited, the officers, directors, employees, and agents of Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of stxkbasictee.com.
Changes to These Terms
Graphenstone (Hong Kong) Limited may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on stxkbasictee.com. Your continued use of stxkbasictee.com after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You should review these Terms periodically.
